Client Projects: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed software as specified in individual service agreements.

Open Source: We may use open-source libraries in projects, which remain under their respective licenses.

All development projects require a separate Service Agreement that includes:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality provisions
• Support and maintenance terms

Contact forms and website inquiries do not constitute a binding service agreement.

NxDev Studios provides information and services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
• Project delays due to client-side factors are not our responsibility

• Projects require a deposit before work begins
• Milestone payments are tied to deliverables
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per individual service agreements
• All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activities
• Required by law or legal process
• For security or technical reasons

Service agreements have their own termination clauses as specified in individual contracts.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first, then through mediation in Accra, Ghana.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
